Clean room, comfortable without AC, polite staff, small chocolate and water refreshment, great location, close to sights and harbor.
None.

During my recent business trip, I stayed in the heart of the historical center and all the main tourist spots were just a short walk away. I was welcomed with a little surprise in my room, a bottle of mineral water and some chocolates which was a wonderful touch. My room was small, but it was exceptionally clean. I enjoyed the charm of the architecture and found it comfortable enough with the windows open.
The church's bell next door chimed throughout the night, which disrupted my sleep a bit. However, it was not a hotel issue, rather an external factor that could not be controlled.

During my xmas trip, I had a decent experience at this hotel. Firstly, the room was nice and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary chocolate and water which were left in the room. The location was excellent for sightseeing, and it was a stone's throw away from the Old Market. The other advantage was that it was very close to the harbor, making it easy for us to take walks in the evening.
There was one major issue that disrupted my stay at this hotel. The sound of the clock from the nearby church was unyielding and kept me awake all night as it chimed every hour. The hotel lacked a system to either muffle or dampen the sound, making it very unpleasant to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, then this hotel might not be the best fit for you.

The hotel is located in a prime spot in the city center, close to all the popular attractions such as the historic Old Markt and the bustling harbor. the hotel is situated right next to a charming church that chimes every hour, which adds to the ambiance of the location. the rooms are small, but impeccably clean, and the staff is polite and welcoming. Guests are treated to small touches such as chocolates and bottled water.
The hotel lacks any sort of air conditioning, which can make it uncomfortable during warmer months.

I loved my cozy and neat room, located under the roof. The location is exceptional as it's right in the center next to the church and close to all sightseeings and harbor. Besides, the hotel staff was very polite and left a refreshing bottle of mineral water and chocolate in my room.
Nothing.
